ABOUT

Tony Burdette was born and raised in Charleston, West Virginia.  His musical talents were recognized at an early age and developed in the church.  He was awarded a music scholarship and attended Alderson-Broaddus College in his home state.  He graduated with three Bachelor of Arts degrees in Applied Music (Voice), Church Music, and Music Education.   For graduate school, Tony was accepted into the master's program at the prestigious College-Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati, where he graduated with his Master of Music degree.  It was there where he met his future wife, Joy.

Tony and Joy married in 2001 and they now have two children.  They reside in the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati area.  Joy is an accomplished soprano and a professor of voice at Northern Kentucky University.

Tony has worked for 20 years a professional conductor, singer, clinician, and church musician.  He was recently recognized by his undergraduate alma mater with their Distinguished Alumni Award.
